Teamwork and Progress – Some thoughts on working together
Ah, the Oklahoma Land Rush of 1893, where the soldiers fired the gun and everyone took off to claim the land that they wanted. It was a great way to populate the state of Oklahoma, but not so much a good way for organizations to operate.
Here is how things often seem to look at the start of a new budget year as viewed through my Square Wheels approach:
We have a variety of tools for management team building and for building team building event ideas. Many of our tools, such as Square Wheels illustrations and The Search for The Lost Dutchman’s Gold Mine work great for team building simulations and as team building games for large groups. Good stuff, inexpensive and easy to use.
